In June 2022, Avto Engineering signed a contract with the Regional Directorate for the Environment in Burgas. The tender procedure was won by the holding and the delivery of a reed cutting machine with associated equipment is under implementation. The machine is needed to perform basic activities set within the framework of the project "Improving the water regime and management of succession processes in wetlands of international importance "Ropotamo Complex", "Poda Area" and "Vaya Lake", which are aimed to improve the connection between the Black Sea and Lake Vaya, by strengthening the southern bank of the outflow canal, cleaning the canals connecting Aleppo marsh and Stamopolu marsh with the Black Sea, massif management of water-loving vegetation - increasing the area of open water areas by mowing the reeds in Aleppo Marsh and Stamopolu Marsh and dredging of separate sections in ZM Poda to achieve basins with different depth and creation of new types of natural habitats.
